All Australia orders are dispatched from Sydney, NSW.

Delivery made between 9am-5pm Monday – Friday via Australia Post. VIC and NSW metro areas delivered within 2-4 business days after order is placed. All other areas within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. *Some rural deliveries may take longer. Covid19 may cause further delays.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or replacement within 30 days.  Returned goods must be in unused condition with packaging and order confirmation included.  Please allow 3 to 7 days for processing and understand that we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are deemed to be faulty.  The customer is responsible for return shipping.  If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us and we will provide details on where to send your return.

How to Use & Burn Your Mini Soy Candle

These mini soy candles are designed for safe, ambient lighting and are ideal for events, weddings, and special occasions. They may be used on their own or within suitable holders or lanterns.

Before Lighting

• Place the candle on a stable, level, heat‑resistant surface.
• Candles may be used freestanding or inside a secure candle holder or lantern designed for open‑flame candles.
• Ensure the candle remains upright at all times.
• Keep away from flammable materials, children, pets, and drafts.

During Use

• Light the candle carefully and allow it to burn steadily.
• For best performance and safety, burn for no more than 4 hours at a time.
• The candle is supplied in a flame‑proof plastic cup; however, the cup may become warm during use. Do not touch or move while lit or cooling.
• If using multiple candles, space them evenly to avoid excess heat buildup.

Using in Holders & Lanterns

• Ensure holders or lanterns are stable, well‑ventilated, and designed for candles.
• Do not cover or enclose the flame unless the holder is specifically intended for enclosed use.
• Always allow sufficient airflow to maintain a steady flame.

Ongoing Care

• Keep the wick upright and free from debris.
• Do not allow matches, debris, or wick trimmings to remain in the wax.
• Do not move the candle while wax is molten.

Place the candle on a flat, heat resistant plate or holder and burn in a draft free area. Before lighting, trim all three wicks to 5–7 mm to encourage an even, steady burn.

On the first burn, allow the wax to melt fully across the surface, reaching the edges. Due to the candle’s size, this may take several hours but is essential for preventing tunnelling.

Burn for no more than 3–4 hours at a time. Ensure all three wicks remain lit and trim regularly to prevent smoking.

Gently push softened wax inward if needed to maintain shape.

Discontinue use when approximately 10–15 mm of wax remains at the base.

How to care for & burn your pillar candle

Before Lighting

• Place on a flat, heat‑resistant plate or holder 
• Trim the wick to 5–7mm before each burn
• Keep away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable items

First Burn

• Allow wax to melt fully across the top, extinguishing when wax pool is 1 cm from the edge
• This may take 2–4 hours, depending on candle size, so it is important to watch it closely
• A full melt pool helps prevent tunnelling and maximize burn time

During Use

• If the flame becomes smoky or too large:
  • Extinguish, cool, trim the wick, then relight
• Extinguish if the flame gets too close to the base or holder

Wick & Wax Care

• Keep the wick centered and upright while wax is soft
• Gently push softened wax inward if it builds up on the sides
• Stop burning when 10–15mm of wax remains

Candle Safety

• Never leave a burning candle unattended
• Do not move the candle while wax is molten
• Allow the candle to cool completely before relighting
• Use a candle snuffer to minimize smoke
