Elume was born in 1999 with a vision to create the most unique, colourful, beautifully fragranced, premium quality candles in the Australian market. We started small and grew slowly, but our products have stood the test of time and we still have a loyal following. Since our humble beginnings, elume has been setting trends in fragrant candles with our signature pillar candles, and constantly evolving into new and unique products, all hand-poured in our Sydney factory. All our candles, melts and diffusers are made in Australia, hand poured in our Sydney factory. Our lotions and washes are also Australian made. When you use one of our products, you can be assured that you are supporting 100% an Australian (family) business.

No one else in the Australian market sells Australian made pillar candles in the range of sizes, colours and fragrances that elume offer. Most of our pillars also come individually boxed.

Family Business

You will not find our products in the large department stores; we prefer to supply other small businesses and shops that are looking for something a little different.

Low Minimum Order

We want you to feel comfortable with the amount you are ordering and realise a small opening order may be desired, therefore we have a $300 minimum.

Fast Turnaround

We aim to dispatch our orders within a day or two of receiving the order, some orders will be dispatched the same day - this is much faster than most other suppliers. During our Christmas peak, our usual dispatch is 7 days.

Please refer to our Store Locator to see what stores already carry our range. Unfortunately, we cannot indicate what stores carry which of our ranges. If there is already a store in your location, please contact us so we can discuss.

We aim to dispatch our orders within a day or two of receiving the order, some orders will be dispatched the same day – this is much faster than most other suppliers. During our Christmas peak, our usual dispatch is 7 days.

Yes. We offer tester products for our luxury soy candles and reed diffusers. This allows customers to experience the products before they purchase. 

No. As long as your order reaches the minimum of $300 plus the minimum of each product, most products are sold in lots of 3, you can order whatever you would like.  

Sales Questions

All new accounts are proforma, after a year you may apply to go onto a 30-day account. Alternatively, you can choose to use Go Cardless to go onto a 30-day account earlier than the year. 

Once on account, your invoice is due 30 days after your order is dispatched. Failure to pay on the due date will cause delays to future orders.

All orders much reach a minimum of $300. GST and shipping are excluded from the minimum spend.

Almost! We very rarely run out of stock because we make our own products, and they are always freshly poured. You will never receive stock that has been on our shelf for more than a month (normally just a couple of days)!

We use Direct Freight for our shipping. We find them to be reliable and fast.  

Yes. We have perfected our easy online ordering system making online ordering effortless. Head office can provide technical help. We are also only a phone call or email away if you would prefer to place your order that way. 

Throughout the year we may offer wholesale incentives. This may include free testers, free shipping or discounts.
