Outdoor Use Only

• This candle must be used outdoors only.
• Do not use in enclosed or indoor spaces.
• Use in open, well‑ventilated areas such as patios, decks, or garden settings.

Before Lighting

• Place the candle on a flat, stable, heat‑resistant surface or plate.
• Position away from flammable materials and overhanging objects.
• There is no need to trim the wick for the first lighting.

During Use

• Light the candle carefully and allow it to burn freely.
• The wick is designed to produce visible smoke — this is normal and expected.
• Burn only in still or lightly breezy conditions to maintain an even flame.
• Do not move the candle while lit or while wax is molten.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Burn Time & Care

First Burn

• Allow wax to melt fully across the top, extinguishing when wax pool is approximately 2 cm from the edge
• This time is variable according to conditions, so it is important to watch candle closely
• A full melt pool helps prevent tunnelling and maximize burn time
• Extinguish the candle if the flame becomes unstable, excessively smoky, or unsafe due to wind.
• Allow the candle to cool completely before handling or relighting.

When to Stop Burning

• Discontinue use when approximately 10–15 mm of wax remains at the base.
• Allow the candle to cool fully before disposal.

We offer free shipping on orders over $99. Orders under this amount will have shipping calculated at the time of check-out (applies to retails orders only, not valid on wholesale orders). The $99 free shipping offer applies to orders with a paid value of $99 or more. Orders that qualify for discounts, reducing the paid value below $99, will not be eligible for free shipping.

All Australia orders are dispatched from Sydney, NSW.

Delivery made between 9am-5pm Monday – Friday via Australia Post. VIC and NSW metro areas delivered within 2-4 business days after order is placed. All other areas within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. *Some rural deliveries may take longer. Covid19 may cause further delays.

ELUME do not currently offer international shipping to countries outside of Australia.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or replacement within 30 days.  Returned goods must be in unused condition with packaging and order confirmation included.  Please allow 3 to 7 days for processing and understand that we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are deemed to be faulty.  The customer is responsible for return shipping.  If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us and we will provide details on where to send your return.
