We offer free shipping on orders over $99. Orders under this amount will have shipping calculated at the time of check-out (applies to retails orders only, not valid on wholesale orders). The $99 free shipping offer applies to orders with a paid value of $99 or more. Orders that qualify for discounts, reducing the paid value below $99, will not be eligible for free shipping.

All Australia orders are dispatched from Sydney, NSW.

Delivery made between 9am-5pm Monday – Friday via Australia Post. VIC and NSW metro areas delivered within 2-4 business days after order is placed. All other areas within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. *Some rural deliveries may take longer. Covid19 may cause further delays.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or replacement within 30 days.  Returned goods must be in unused condition with packaging and order confirmation included.  Please allow 3 to 7 days for processing and understand that we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are deemed to be faulty.  The customer is responsible for return shipping.  If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us and we will provide details on where to send your return.

How to Care for & Burn Your Scented Jar Candle

Before Lighting

• Place the candle on a stable, heat‑resistant surface.
• Trim the wick to 5–7mm before each burn.
• Keep away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable objects.

First Burn

• Allow the candle to burn until the wax melts fully across the surface, reaching the edges of the jar.
• This may take 2–4 hours, depending on candle size.
• A full melt pool helps prevent tunnelling and ensures an even burn.

During Use

• Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time.
• If the flame becomes smoky or too large:
  • Extinguish the candle
  • Allow it to cool completely
  • Trim the wick before relighting
• Always burn on a level surface to ensure an even melt.

Wick & Wax Care

• Keep the wick centered and upright while the wax is warm.
• Trim the wick before every burn to reduce soot and smoking.
• Do not allow wick trimmings, matches, or debris to remain in the wax.

Jar Candle Safety

• The glass jar will become hot during use — do not touch or move while lit or cooling.
• Never burn the candle if the jar is cracked, chipped, or damaged.
• Stop burning when approximately 10mm of wax remains at the base of the jar.
• Allow the jar to cool completely before handling or relighting.
