We offer free shipping on orders over $99. Orders under this amount will have shipping calculated at the time of check-out (applies to retails orders only, not valid on wholesale orders). The $99 free shipping offer applies to orders with a paid value of $99 or more. Orders that qualify for discounts, reducing the paid value below $99, will not be eligible for free shipping.

All Australia orders are dispatched from Sydney, NSW.

Delivery made between 9am-5pm Monday – Friday via Australia Post. VIC and NSW metro areas delivered within 2-4 business days after order is placed. All other areas within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. *Some rural deliveries may take longer. Covid19 may cause further delays.

ELUME do not currently offer international shipping to countries outside of Australia.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or replacement within 30 days.  Returned goods must be in unused condition with packaging and order confirmation included.  Please allow 3 to 7 days for processing and understand that we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are deemed to be faulty.  The customer is responsible for return shipping.  If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us and we will provide details on where to send your return.

How to Use Reed Diffuser Refills

Re‑Filling Your Diffuser

Slowly pour the diffuser refill into a clean, dry diffuser vessel, taking care not to spill the liquid on surrounding surfaces.

Adding the Reeds

Insert clean reeds into the filled bottle and allow them to absorb the fragrance oil and disperse the scent naturally.

Ongoing Care

Flip the reeds every 7–14 days or as desired to refresh the fragrance. Always flip reeds over a sink or protected surface to avoid spills. Replace reeds when refilling for best scent performance.

Placement & Care

Position your diffuser on a stable, level surface, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and delicate or porous surfaces. Fragrance oils may stain or damage some finishes — wipe spills immediately.

Safety

Reed diffuser refills are for fragrance use only. Do not ingest the liquid or light the reeds. Keep out of reach of children and pets and wash hands after handling fragrance oil.
