We offer free shipping on orders over $99. Orders under this amount will have shipping calculated at the time of check-out (applies to retails orders only, not valid on wholesale orders). The $99 free shipping offer applies to orders with a paid value of $99 or more. Orders that qualify for discounts, reducing the paid value below $99, will not be eligible for free shipping.

All Australia orders are dispatched from Sydney, NSW.

Delivery made between 9am-5pm Monday – Friday via Australia Post. VIC and NSW metro areas delivered within 2-4 business days after order is placed. All other areas within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. *Some rural deliveries may take longer. Covid19 may cause further delays.

ELUME do not currently offer international shipping to countries outside of Australia.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or replacement within 30 days.  Returned goods must be in unused condition with packaging and order confirmation included.  Please allow 3 to 7 days for processing and understand that we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are deemed to be faulty.  The customer is responsible for return shipping.  If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us and we will provide details on where to send your return.

How to Care for & Use Your Reed Diffuser

Reed diffusers provide a continuous, flame‑free fragrance for your space. Proper placement and care will help ensure the best scent performance and longevity.

Before Use

• Place the diffuser on a stable, level surface, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
• Keep away from children, pets, and delicate, porous surfaces, as fragrance liquid may stain or damage some materials.
• Remove the stopper and insert the reeds into the bottle.

How to Use

• Allow the reeds to absorb the fragrance oil and disperse scent naturally.
• For optimal fragrance, use all reeds provided, or adjust the number of reeds to control scent strength.
• Position the diffuser in a well‑ventilated area for even fragrance distribution.

Ongoing Care

• Flip the reeds every 7–14 days (or as desired) to refresh the fragrance.
• Avoid spilling or over‑saturating surfaces when turning the reeds.
• If fragrance strength decreases over time, replace the reeds for best performance.

Safety & Care

• Fragrance oils may cause damage if spilled — wipe any spills immediately.
• Wash hands after handling reeds or diffuser liquid.
• Do not ingest diffuser liquid.
• Do not light the reeds or use the diffuser near an open flame.
