To enjoy your soy candle at its best, always place it on a stable, heat‑resistant surface and burn it in a draft‑free area. Before lighting, trim the wick to approximately 5–7 mm to encourage a clean, steady flame and minimise smoke.

On the first burn, allow the candle to remain lit until the wax has melted evenly across the entire surface, reaching the edges of the porcelain cup. This helps prevent tunnelling and supports an even burn throughout the life of the candle.

For ongoing use, burn your candle for no more than 3–4 hours at a time. If the flame becomes too large or smoky, extinguish the candle, allow it to cool completely, trim the wick, and relight. Always keep the wick centred and free from debris.

The porcelain cup will become warm during use, so avoid touching or moving the candle while lit or while wax is molten. Discontinue use when approximately 10 mm of wax remains at the base.

We offer free shipping on orders over $99. Orders under this amount will have shipping calculated at the time of check-out (applies to retails orders only, not valid on wholesale orders). The $99 free shipping offer applies to orders with a paid value of $99 or more. Orders that qualify for discounts, reducing the paid value below $99, will not be eligible for free shipping.

All Australia orders are dispatched from Sydney, NSW.

Delivery made between 9am-5pm Monday – Friday via Australia Post. VIC and NSW metro areas delivered within 2-4 business days after order is placed. All other areas within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. *Some rural deliveries may take longer. Covid19 may cause further delays.

ELUME do not currently offer international shipping to countries outside of Australia.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or replacement within 30 days.  Returned goods must be in unused condition with packaging and order confirmation included.  Please allow 3 to 7 days for processing and understand that we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are deemed to be faulty.  The customer is responsible for return shipping.  If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us and we will provide details on where to send your return.
