I first discovered these beautiful candles years ago at a gift shop in Hobart and have been a fan ever since then. Just ordered the Vanilla Nutmeg for Christmas. (My fav) Small issue with the order & the customer service team were so friendly & obliging. No dramas at all. Great to see such a wonderful Australian company doing well💗💗

Been using these melts for years and they're my absolute favourite. Especially the sweet patchouli. It smells amazing. Was having trouble finding it as the shop I used to buy them from tells me they've never sold the patchouli 🙄🙄 Contacted elume via Facebook and they were able to tell me exactly where I could get them. Great service. Thank you Updated review What an amazing company this is. I loved their melts so much I fell in love with one of their 3 wick candles so saved for a few weeks to get myself one. Unfortunately I had a bit of a problem with it and when I let them know , they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm so impressed I can't stop smiling. Thank you for caring about your customers. I bought the largest pillar candle over a year ago from a store and didn't burn it straight away. Boy was that a regret! They glow so beautifully and don't drip down the side or give off excessive black smoke so they can burn for a long time in a home. I decided to buy 3 more directly from them. Ordered Friday, received Monday. Amazing service, will be back again 🙂

Discovered Elume a couple of years ago as I was searching for Australian-made soy candles and melts. Elume's tealight candles and melts are just amazing (long-lasting and great scents; even burns). Recently, I purchased directly from Elume = prompt and friendly customer service! I look forward to a long and expensive retail relationship.

I am a candle lover and discovered Elume candles a few years ago and since then I haven’t purchased elsewhere. I love the luxury soy candle range the scents are beautiful and long lasting I also use the petite soy and tea lights range for my bathroom which has it always smelling lovely.
